Baby Noah Zettler

Yea!!! Noah is here!!! Josh & Tara had their baby boy yesterday at 4:31 a.m. He weighed 8lbs. 7 oz. & I think he was 21 1/2 in. long. Big Boy! Tara started having mild contractions at 5 am on the 21st and spent her day trimming the shrubs and walking around the mall. Then headed to the hospital around 1:00 a.m. and Noah was born 3 1/2 hrs. later. Perfect!

He is so handsome...Tara's brown hair and Josh's blue eyes! They were all headed home today. So exciting!!!

What a WONDERFUL Sound!

Yes! We had our doctor's appointment yesterday and we met our new doctor (long story...we fired our last one)...AND heard the sweetest little heartbeat. There's just nothing quite like that sound. It was so cool. Andrew took a video of it on his cell phone and if I knew anything about how to get it on here I would. The heartbeat was 163 bpm. I absolutely loved our new doctor. He's everything I had hoped for...I feel so relieved we switched. I asked him if he could tell if there were 2 babies...and he said no...but he showed me where the top of my uterus was and said if there were 2 babies my uterus would be much higher. SO, I guess all my dreams were incorrect...and my bigger belly is just my bigger belly. I still haven't gained any weight though!

Today is Jon & Ann's (Andrew's parents) 42nd anniversary! This was taken at their 40th...My how time flies! Happy Anniversary!

Intern Schwengel

Andrew has started his summer internship with the DNR (Department of Natural Resources...all I think when I hear DNR is Do Not Resuscitate...Ha!) He's with the conservation officer here in Perry County and so far...he's lovin' it! He comes home and before I can ask how his day was he's already smilin'. Who knew arresting drunk boaters could be so much fun!?

We had a quick, crazy storm this afternoon. Andrew was driving around the fairgrounds when this tree was struck by lightning. Pretty cool lookin'...

He'll just die when he sees I've posted this picture...hee he... He looked so cute...I couldn't resist. Conservation Police Officer in training...and his fearless companion...

We go to the baby doctor tomorrow morning. I'm so excited to hear the heartbeat. I've been having dreams about babies the past couple of nights...Andrew asked...were they boy babies or girl babies??? I don't know if they were boys or girls...but always more than one baby! Probably not...but who knows! I'll update soon...

Growing Belly

12.5 weeks...oh, yes, I'm counting the .5

Okay, here it is...the belly picture. I'm not brave enough to show all...so over clothes is all you're gettin'! ;) I had Andrew take this tonight after dinner. It (the belly) starts out pretty small in the morning and grows throughout the day. So, this is it (the belly) at it's biggest. It's all still so shocking...I amazed. I am definitely feeling better. It's been a week or so since a puking marathon. Yea!!! I'm not 100% but any improvement is greatly appreciated. Tara said that some book she read said (did you follow that?) the peak is at 11 weeks and if you're still sick then, your peak is at 15 weeks and if you're still sick then, your peak is at 5 months. What kidda joke is that???!?! Seriously? Seriously.

Other mommies...Do I look too big for 12.5 weeks??? I can't shake the idea that there might be two of them. Surely not, right?
