Question: What do you know about baby acne? Grace's face has been broken out now for over a week. Is this going to go away soon? Can I do anything for it?

When I was nannying, the baby I had during one job had baby acne REALLY bad, too. The doctor told them to use CETAPHIL on his face and it did eventually clear up.
Just an idea...
BTW - I dont think I have given you my official CONGRATS and 'oooh'ed and 'awwed' over Baby Grace yet... She is PRECIOUS! I look forward to meeting her (outside of your body, this time) and watching her grow up through the amazing world of technology! You've been in our prayers at the Munter home!
